ADHDer Anmol | Living with ADHD. Building with It.

Hey, I’m Anmol đź‘‹

I don't have it all figured out.

But I'm figuring it out.

I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult.

It explained a lot—but more importantly, it changed everything.

Now, I build systems, try tools, test ideas, and share what actually works (and what doesn’t).

This is real life. Real ADHD. Real strategies.

Building & Creating

My Story

I’ve always been curious, creative, and full of ideas.

But focus, consistency, and finishing things?
That was a different story.

ADHD made life harder in many ways—but it also gave me superpowers when I learned how to work with my brain instead of against it.

This journey is still in progress. I share it so you can learn, relate, and take what helps you.

You’re not alone in this.

My Story

Hi, I’m Anmol.

I’m not a doctor, therapist, or ADHD expert.

I’m simply someone who spent years wondering,

“Why does everything feel harder for me than it seems for everyone else?”

For a long time, I believed I wasn’t smart enough.

I believed I was lazy.

I believed I just needed to try harder.

Today, I know my brain simply works differently.

And that’s why I created ADHDer Anmol.

Growing Up in a Small Village

I was born and raised in a small village in Haryana, where awareness about ADHD was almost nonexistent.

As a child, I struggled with studying, staying focused, remembering lessons, and completing schoolwork. No one—including me—understood why learning felt so difficult.

Like many children growing up in rural India, these struggles were often seen as a lack of effort or discipline rather than signs of something deeper.

There wasn’t much awareness about ADHD, so I carried those labels with me for years.

A New Beginning in Gurugram

I moved to Gurugram with my brother in search of better opportunities.

Before I continue my story, I want to thank one person who changed my life—my brother.

When I moved to Gurugram, I wasn’t just moving to a new city; I was stepping into an unknown future. He believed in me when I struggled to believe in myself. He gave me a place to stay, guided me through difficult times, and encouraged me to keep moving forward.

Many of the opportunities I’ve had, the lessons I’ve learned, and the person I’m becoming today started with that one decision to move—and I couldn’t have done it without him.

Thank you, Bhai. This journey is as much yours as it is mine. ❤️

I got my first job in the hospitality industry.

Working taught me valuable lessons about responsibility, customer service, and perseverance—but I also noticed that many of the challenges I’d faced in school followed me into adulthood.

Managing time, staying organized, and juggling responsibilities often felt much harder than they seemed for the people around me.

Finally Finding Answers

At one point, I decided to consult a mental health professional because I wanted to understand why these struggles had been a constant part of my life.

That journey eventually led to my ADHD diagnosis.

Getting diagnosed didn’t magically solve everything.

But it did give me something I had been searching for all along:

An explanation.

Instead of asking,

“What’s wrong with me?”

I started asking,

“How can I work with my brain instead of against it?”

That question changed everything.

Building My Own Path

Alongside my full-time job, I started building my own business.

Like many entrepreneurs with ADHD, I discovered that creating something of my own allowed me to channel my creativity, curiosity, and hyperfocus into meaningful work.

It wasn’t always easy.

There were mistakes, setbacks, and plenty of days where I questioned myself.

But each challenge helped me learn more about how my brain works and what systems actually support me.

Why I Started ADHDer Anmol

I know there are thousands of people who are where I once was.

Feeling confused.

Feeling misunderstood.

Wondering why everyday tasks feel so difficult.

I created ADHDer Anmol to share what I’m learning—not because I have all the answers, but because I believe sharing real experiences can help others feel less alone.

Here you’ll find:

  • Practical ADHD productivity tips
  • Personal experiences and lessons
  • Honest conversations about living with ADHD
  • Free planners and tools
  • Resources that have genuinely helped me
  • Encouragement without judgment

If even one article or video helps someone understand themselves a little better, this journey will have been worth it.

My Mission

To make ADHD easier to understand through honest stories, practical tools, and real-life experiences—especially for people in India who may have grown up without awareness or support.

I want to help people stop asking,

“Why can’t I be like everyone else?”

and start asking,

“What helps my brain thrive?”

A Note From Me

I’m still learning.

I’m still growing.

And I’m still figuring things out every day.

This website isn’t about being perfect.

It’s about sharing the journey.

If you’re navigating ADHD too, welcome.

You’re not alone here.
